At Stem & Silk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If your selection doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile components are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
