Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Custom arrangements may require an additional 2-3 days for assembly before dispatch.
Do you offer a warranty on your home decor items?
Yes, all Stem & Silk products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your home stays beautiful.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed floral arrangements are final sale.
How do I clean and maintain my silk plants?
Maintenance is simple: lightly dust the leaves with a microfiber cloth once a month and avoid placing them in direct, harsh sunlight to prevent color fading.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery services to Europe and Australia later this year.
